Peterson Street – Louisville Home Staging

Homeowners needed help in staging their home for sale.  Worked with the homeowner to use everything existing in the home to keep costs down.  Cost was less than $1000 and home sold in less than 30 days.

“Urban & Upscale provided an amazing service by staging our home before selling it. Because of this, our home had offers on it within the first week on the market… And this was in a buyers market. The house sold within 30 days thanks to the extraordinary and professional service provided by Urban & Upscale. Within 5 hours they transformed our home using OUR things to appear much more spacious and beautiful than it had been when they began. I can’t say enough about how important I think this service is in selling a home.

She Sheds – I think this may catch on

she shed

Reading the Courier this morning and came across an article on “She Sheds” – gal’s version of a man cave. So I thought, why not!  Maybe I’m late to the party on this one, but having a place to retreat to the great outdoors  that doesn’t involve putting up a tent, is on the cool side of easy! So, I googled “She Sheds” and found several links. Thought I’d share one

Now some of these are really fun.  Others are just a little too girlie for me. But think about it.  You head up to Lowes and pick out a nice little shed that you can decorate all your own. No tools, no lawn mower.

You add windows, drapes, paint the door your favorite shade of whatever and viola, you have a private urban and upscale retreat, all your own, that you can head off to for some quiet reflection.  Put a space heater in there and you can use it all year long.

What do you think of the idea of a She Shed parked outside your abode?  And what would YOU use it for?  We have really got to talk about this one!

Ciao for now
